► HSL Study Room Policies
- Study rooms can be reserved for up to 4 hours per person per day.
- Study room reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance up to the time of the reservation.
- Unoccupied rooms are available on a first come, first served basis but reservations and accommodations testing will take priority. Note that reservations can be made while you are using the room.
- Reservations are not available while the library is closed. Study rooms are available on a first come, first served basis for those with after hours access.
- Reservations will be held for only 15 minutes after which the room becomes available on a first-come first-serve basis. If you leave the room for any 15-minute period during your reserved time, the reservation is void and the room becomes available for use.
- Do not leave any personal valuables in the room unattended. In addition, you are liable for any library books, reserves other library materials that you use within the room.
- Library study rooms are not soundproof, so please be considerate of other library users and keep conversations at a reasonable volume.
