Space Availability - Downtown Campus Library

DCL Study Room Policies

  • Users may reserve up to 3 hours in every 7-day period
  • Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance
  • Users may not make more than 3 reservations in any 7 day period
  • Rooms may be reserved for up to 3 hours at one time.
  • Once a reservation time has begun, the room cannot be cancelled.  Users who do not show up for their reserved time lose that time from their 3 hour allotment.
  • Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an email.

DCL Classroom policies

All classroom reservations must be approved by the library before they are final. You will receive an email when you make the reservation, and a second email once it has been approved.

Graduate Resource Commons Policies

  • Only available to graduate students
  • May be reserved for up to 6 hours each week
  • Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance
  • Users may not make more than 3 reservations each week
  • Rooms may be reserved for up to 6 hours at one time
  • Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an email
