West Virginians in World War II: In Their Own Words In-Person
Join us as the West Virginia & Regional History Center opens a new exhibit featuring the experiences of West Virginians during World War II through its archives. Brent Casey, grandson of Congressional Medal of Honor recipient, Woody Williams, will discuss Williams’ life and legacy.
The event will take place on Friday, June 20 at 2 p.m. in WVU Libraries' Milano Room at the Downtown Library. Light refreshments and birthday cake will be served.
Registration is preferred, but not required.
