A Primer in Data Visualization with Tableau Online
This workshop if designed to teach users new to Tableau how to prepare their data, navigate the Tableau Desktop interface, create basic visualization (i.e. bar chart, heat map, etc.), and combine visualizations into a dashboard. Recommended for faculty, graduate and upper-level undergraduate students interested in data visualization and storytelling. No prior Tableau experience needed.
**Participants are strongly encouraged to request and download Tableau Desktop prior to the session. Students may request a free one-year license here and faculty here. Activation codes may take 5 to 7 days to receive. **
