A Primer in Data Visualization with Tableau (Virtual Event) In-Person
This workshop is designed to teach users new to Tableau how to prepare their data, navigate the Tableau Desktop interface, create basic visualization (i.e. bar chart, heat map, etc.), and combine visualizations into a dashboard. Recommended for faculty, graduate and upper-level undergraduate students interested in data visualization and storytelling. No prior Tableau experience needed.
Participants are strongly encouraged to download Tableau Desktop prior to the session. A free 14-day trial is available at: https://www.tableau.com/products/trialhttps://www.tableau.com/products/trial .
